Doing the right work at the right time

Response Maintanence / Social Housing Repairs

We will arrange for an Operative to attend to your Resident's property on the day and time that they want. We don't classify repairs by their urgency; we let your Residents decide when they want us in their homes. This is what makes us different.

Using our bespoke database, our experienced Resource Call Handlers know the skills of all our Operatives. Therefore, you can be assured that you will have the right Operative to do the right work at the right time.

Our Operatives will arrive on site in comserv uniforms and picture ID along with a fully equipped 'intelligent' van stock so that they do not have to re-arrange the appointment. On the rare occasion that they don’t have the part in their van they call our Resource Controllers who will organise for our team of multi-trade supplies delivery drivers to deliver the materials whilst the Operative can keep working.
