In March of 2026 Comserv engaged Engendering Change Ltd to run a series of training workshops for our staff on preventing bullying, harassment and sexual harassment.

Jo Morgan delivered the training, which was informative, interesting, and (despite the subject matter) fun. Jo tailored the training to our business, using relatable case studies for discussion, and also introduced the formalised Comserv Code of Conduct to all staff.

Comserv are committed to our workplace conduct training in order to protect both our staff and our customers. It is so important for organisations to recognise the importance of this training and for it to become embedded as part of the culture.

As legislation, client expectations and public scrutiny continue to increase, organisations are under growing pressure to demonstrate that they are taking meaningful preventative action. Training attendance alone doesn’t provide that assurance. Culture change does.

Jo returned to Comserv in June to present us with an Engendering Change Foundation Level Training Certificate.

Richard Cooper, Group Executive Manager said:

“Thank you to Jo and Engendering Change for providing the framework for embedding true and measurable cultural change across the business. I am looking forward to engaging and developing our ongoing programme with Jo.”

Jo Morgan, CEO Engendering Change added:

“Comserv’s leadership team made a deliberate decision to invest in creating a culture where professional standards, respectful behaviour and clear boundaries are understood by everyone, from the office to the frontline. It was a pleasure to discuss the impact the programme had, and explore the next steps in helping them move beyond compliance towards measurable culture change.”
