Comserv don't just assume that each resident has the same needs. We provide a bespoke service where the resident has an input into the make-up of their home before they move in – on the date that they request.
We arrange 'at the void' meetings with the resident and a local authority representative to agree timescales and the works that need to be carried out from installing disabled facilities to the design of the kitchen.
What's more we can work with the local authority to shorten the time a void property is empty. Once we know a property has become vacant our Supervisors can carry out an advance inspection and arrange for the basic works to be carried out prior to the 'at the void' meeting.
